Meet Cara-Lee
Cara-Lee is a seasoned physiotherapist with over 13 years of experience treating patients. Throughout her entire career, she has exclusively worked in private practice, including owning her own clinic for seven years. Despite her years of experience, Cara-Lee’s passion for her work continues to flourish. She takes a holistic approach to treatment and places great emphasis on listening to her patients and providing a safe space for them to be vulnerable. Cara-Lee strongly believes that “you don’t know what you don’t know,” and thus, she never disregards an opinion or treatment option no matter how unfamiliar it may be to her. Currently, she is expanding her health and wellness knowledge by immersing herself in an Advanced Diploma of Ayurveda outside of treating and being a mama to her two little ones. Her ultimate goal is to combine both Eastern and Western medical systems in her approach to helping her patients achieve optimal health.
Meet Georgie
The Founder and Pilates Instructor at Eco Movement WA. Originally born in London, UK Georgie moved to Perth in 2015 after she fell in love with the state on holiday. Her passion for Pilates began shortly after the sea change when she immediately noticed the benefits in myself both mentally and physically. One of her main goals in life is to try and make a positive difference in people’s lives, to care for the earth, people and animals which inhabit it. She wanted to spread the message and create this movement to try and make a difference to others – while looking after the earth around us. Her full time job is helping vulnerable adults who have unfortunately found themselves homeless, outside of her occupation she strives to help people move their bodies in a way that benefits their mental and physical wellbeing.
