We are a dedicated to seeing your MOTION ™ transformed and renewed!

 

Motion Clinic was launched in October of 2011 as a remedial and sports massage clinic. Since then, owner, Nikita Hill has undergone further studies, completed June 2015, to be one of the first in Australia to offer Anatomy Trains Structural Integration therapy. Motion Clinic is passionate about helping people have adaptable, efficient, pain free movement in every decade of life!

Structural Integration

Structural Integration is a type of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue. or fascia, of the body. Structural Integration works over a series of sessions to lengthen, stretch, and soften this tissue to restore postural balance, ease of movement, and a feeling of being more at home in your own body.

Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage therapy uses variety of different massage techniques to address specific problems associated with both chronic and acute muscular pain and/or injury. It can be used to aid rehabilitation after surgery or sporting and occupational injuries along with improving  general physical and mental fatigue.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a specialised form of deep tissue massage tailored to suit the athletes’ individual needs for their sport. Whether you are an elite athlete, member of a sporting club or master of your own training regime; sports massage can be the missing key to helping you perform at your best, smash your goals and remain injury free.
